If you don't know the Savior Jesus Christ, it's not to late. John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life." If you believe this today, If you believe in His Death, Burial, and Resurrection-you will be saved. Jesus is coming back for His church - we (those who have accepted Him as Lord and Savior) are the Church. If you desire to have a relationship with the Father and experience eternal life with Him, accept His Son today. Contact RMBC-L via email (redeemermbc2017@gmail.com) or visit our website (rmbclancaster.org) if you are in need of additional information on the saving grace of God through Jesus Christ. Thank you for joining our Sunday Service. We are the Redeemed, we pray our praise and worship reflects the love and adoration we have for the Lord and His people. You are invited to join us next Sunday, but until then please share this message on your Facebook page. Let's let a dying world know that Jesus is real and He's coming back soon for all those who believe. Until next week, Be Blessed, Be Safe, and Be Sure to Share Jesus with Somebody Else for we must be about our Father's business!

There was a time in modern day when we did not engage in any type of work. We knew to get everything we needed earlier in the week, because on Sunday everything was closed. This is not true today. Mostly everything is open on Sunday. Man's standards may have changed, but God's standards will always endure and never change.

God's people are renewed through worship and strengthened as they remember who He is and what He has done. Amen!

Sabbath Day vs The Lord's Day 1. The Sabbath Day is a day of worship and no physical work it was to be "holy to the Lord." It was the seventh day of the week beginning at sundown on Friday and ending at sundown on Saturday. 2. The Lord's Day is the first day of the week (Sunday). It is observed by most Christians as the weekly memorial of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, who was witnessed as being raised from the dead early on the first day of the week.

Through the principle of the Sabbath, God teaches believers to depend on Him. Have we put our complete trust in God? Do we rely on Him to provide for us? These questions are for self-evaluation.

God calls leaders to speak His truth to His people. He instructed Moses to deliver a message of the Sabbath requirements. The sabbath was to be recognized as a holy day in which no work was done. All were required to keep the sabbath as a day of reverencing and praising God. This is still true today, as Christians we are to keep the sabbath Holy.

Today's Lesson Outline 1. Sabbath Regulations - Exod. 31:12-13 2. Sabbath Rejection - Exod. 31:14-16 3. Sabbath Rationale - Exod. 31:17-18

Welcome and thank you for joining the Redeemer Family in Sunday school. Our lesson is found in Exodus 31:12-18, entitled "Obedience in Rest." Our teacher for today is Dr. Kevin A. Norvell, Sr. It is our sincere hope that you will be blessed by today's lesson!
